Vero Series is our flagship LED array product with Bridgelux technology that gives customers a competitive advantage. Vero simplifies luminaire design and manufacturing by integrating a holder into the array, along with a port for a wire harness, so soldering is not required.

Vero Chip on Board (COB) LED arrays are available in four LES configurations, engineered to enable new degrees of flexibility and reliability over a broad range of electrical currents. The platform delivers high lumen density for exceptional beam control and precision lighting, along with 2 and 3 SDCM color control standard for clean, uniform illumination.

VERO® SE SERIES

Vero SE is a state-of-the-art COB solution with revolutionary advancements in LED integration technology. Vero SE’s innovative light source system integrates Bridgelux’s seventh generation COB
technology with poke-in wire connectivity that enables solder free installation. Vero SE LED light sources streamline assembly processes, lower manufacturing cost, simplify luminaire design, improve light quality and increase design flexibility.

Vero SE poke-in connectivity simplifies manufacturing and assembly processes by eliminating the need to solder. Secondary connector and holder components are not required, allowing for rapid integration of arrays into fixtures and an efficient field replaceable solution.

THRIVE™

Throughout evolution, the human visual system has evolved under the natural light of sun and fire.  These light sources have standardized industry spectral power definitions that describe the state of natural light.  Lighting specifiers, designers, and luminaire manufacturers regularly consider color quality metrics such as CRI and TM-30, as well as individual spectral power distributions (SPDs), when making decisions regarding light source selection.  However, until now, there has been no metric that quantifies the naturalness of a light source.  Average Spectral Difference (ASD) provides an objective measurement of how closely a light source matches natural light over the visible spectrum, averaging the differences of the spectral peaks and valleys between a light source and a standardized natural light source of the same CCT.

Bridgelux Thrive™ is a family of white points designed for Bridgelux surface mount devices (SMD), V Series™ and V Series HD chip-on-board LED arrays, EB Series^TM linear modules, and Vesta® tunable white COBs and modules.  Engineered to provide the closest match to natural light available using proprietary chip, phosphor, and packaging technology, Thrive can be used in constant color point luminaires to bring full spectrum natural light indoors, or in tunable white luminaires to incorporate circadian elements that may impact human well-being.  The high-fidelity spectral output of Thrive creates stunning environments with excellent color rendering and outstanding TM-30 metrics.  Target applications include office, education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, architectural, museums, and residential lighting.

EB SERIES™

EB Series linear and square modules are designed for troffers, pendants and other luminaires in commercial and residential applications.  Available in multiple sizes, the modules can be connected in series or parallel, providing flexibility in designing luminaires.  Each module comes equipped with poke-in connectors for easy wiring, and standard mounting hole patterns for compatibility with existing luminaires.  The modules have long lifetimes of greater than 50,000 hours and are backed by a Bridgelux 5-year warranty.

IB SERIES™

IB Series modules enable simple plug and play solutions that facilitate highly uniform, glare free lighting.  The uniquely wide 240 degree beam pattern allows for the use of fewer light engines to create excellent uniformity and fill in a wide variety of functional, decorative, and architectural lighting applications.  The remote phosphor system architecture eliminates the pixilation that is often present with linear LED lighting systems and remains clean and consistent even under deep dimming conditions.

VESTA® FLEX

The Bridgelux Vesta Flex Dual Channel Driver and Control Module family is a bundled system, guaranteed to work together out of the box, that enables seamless control of the Bridgelux Vesta Series Tunable White Arrays and Modules.  The Driver's high resolution dimming and tuning algorithm provides for smooth and flicker-free CCT tuning, dimming to 0.1%, and dim-to-off. These specification grade drivers and control modules are separate devices which, when connected via an ethernet cable, form a smart and flexible lighting control system. These Vesta Flex Control Modules are intended for use with a Vesta Flex Dual Channel Driver and to be factory installed as incorporated products. The platform offers a number of driver and control module options to choose from, enabling application flexibility and interoperability with third party systems. These different control modules support wired control protocols such as DALI-2 DT8 and 0-10V as well as wireless control protocols with WiFi and Bluetooth mesh. These platforms come with ready-built iOS and Android apps and web portals which provide for commissioning, light management, and services designed to expand the capability of modern lighting systems. Vesta Flex is a future-ready solution, designed to quickly adapt to new control systems without requiring luminaire recertification

50W DUAL CHANNEL DRIVER

The Bridgelux 50W Dual Channel Driver enables control of correlated color temperature (CCT) tunable lighting and lumen intensity to meet the varying needs of living environments without sacrificing quality of light. The high resolution dimming and tuning algorithm provides for smooth and flicker free dimming and CCT tuning characteristics. Dual 0-10V and IoT-Ready™ control inputs enable interoperability with industry standard lighting devices and controls. The Driver's dual channel output integrates seamlessly with all Bridgelux Vesta® Series Tunable White LED arrays.  When paired with Bridgelux's optional Bluetooth control module, and connected to its dual 0-10V control output, then the Driver may be controlled with Bridgelux's Lighting Control application for light commissioning and management of large installations.

 
BLUETOOTH CONTROL MODULE AND APP

The Bridgelux Bluetooth control module provides wireless control of single channel or dual channel LED driver via its dual 0-10V control output. The module's two 0-10V outputs may be configured to connect to a dual 0-10V control input of a LED driver where one channel controls intensity dimming and the other channel controls corelated color temperature (CCT) tuning. Multiple modules can be arranged to securely work in large, non-flooding, self-healing mesh networks.  All mesh communications is encrypted with 128 bit AES and secure key exchange.  Because this module is separate from a driver, it provides luminaire designers the freedom to place the module in a location for a maximum of RF signal strength. Bridgelux's Lighting Control app communicates directly with any of the nodes and allows for easy and quick commissioning of an entire network.
